Phase 1. In the first phase, a variety of technical process improvements are designed and implemented to move the financial and operational performance of the firm strongly into the upper tier of the industry. These changes usually result, at the minimum, in earnings rates improvements between 0.8% and 2.5%. StarAnchor finds that ongoing attention to improvement can often generate improvements of as much as 10% in earnings increases. |

Phase 2. The second phase of the engagement addresses organizational and executive development issues to cement the changes in place and insure that they retain their effectiveness after the StarAnchor engagement is concluded. |

In contrast to many consulting firms, including most of the major ones, StarAnchor does not anticipate extended term or open-ended engagements. We analyze, design and implement change, cement that change into the organization, and move on. |
